Getting Started

How do I create an account on NextFrameBase?

Creating an account is simple. Click the "Sign Up" or "Register" button on our homepage, then fill in your personal details including your full name, email address, date of birth and residential address. You must be at least 18 years of age to register.

After submitting your registration, you will receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to activate your account. You will then need to complete our identity verification (KYC) process before you can make deposits or participate in games.

What documents do I need for identity verification?

To verify your identity, you will typically need to provide:

  • A government-issued photo ID (Australian driver's licence, passport, or proof-of-age card).
  • Proof of address (a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 3 months).

In most cases, we can verify your identity electronically using the details you provide. If electronic verification is not possible, we will ask you to upload clear photographs or scans of your documents. For more details, see our AML/KYC Policy.

Is NextFrameBase available in my state or territory?

NextFrameBase operates in accordance with Australian federal and state/territory gambling laws. The availability of specific games may vary depending on your jurisdiction. During registration, we will confirm whether our services are available in your location.

If you are located outside Australia, please check the laws in your jurisdiction before accessing our platform, as we may not be licensed to offer services in your country.

How to Play

How do I enter a lottery draw?

To enter a draw on NextFrameBase:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to the game you wish to play.
  • Select your numbers manually or use the "Quick Pick" option for a random selection.
  • Choose how many draws you want to enter (single or multi-draw options are available).
  • Review your selections and confirm your entry.
  • The entry fee will be deducted from your account balance.

You will receive an email confirmation with your entry details and a unique transaction reference number. Keep this for your records.

Can I set up recurring or subscription entries?

Yes. NextFrameBase offers subscription entries that allow you to automatically enter future draws with the same numbers. You can set up a subscription for a fixed number of draws or on an ongoing basis.

To manage your subscriptions, go to "My Account" > "My Entries" > "Subscriptions". You can pause, modify or cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that cancellations apply to future draws only — entries for draws that have already been purchased cannot be reversed.

What happens if I win?

If your entry matches the winning numbers, your prize will be automatically credited to your NextFrameBase account. You will also receive an email notification informing you of your win.

Small prizes (under $1,000 AUD) are typically credited within minutes of the draw result being confirmed. Larger prizes may require additional verification before being released to your account.

You can then withdraw your winnings to your nominated bank account or payment method. See the "Withdrawals" section below for more details.

Are winnings taxable in Australia?

Generally, gambling winnings are not subject to income tax in Australia for recreational gamblers. The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) does not treat gambling wins as assessable income for individuals who gamble as a hobby or recreational activity.

However, if you are a professional gambler or gambling forms part of a business activity, different tax rules may apply. We recommend consulting a qualified tax professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

This information is general in nature and does not constitute tax advice.
