Responsible Gambling Tools
Deposit Limits
You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. These limits help you control how much money you spend on our platform.
- Setting limits: Navigate to "My Account" > "Responsible Gambling" > "Deposit Limits" to set your preferred limits.
- Reducing limits: Requests to reduce your deposit limit take effect immediately.
- Increasing limits: Requests to increase your deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, to protect you from impulsive decisions.
Loss Limits
In addition to deposit limits, you can set loss limits to cap the total amount you can lose within a specified period. Once your loss limit is reached, you will not be able to place additional entries until the next period begins.
Session Time Limits
You can set session time reminders to alert you after a specified period of continuous play. When your session limit is reached, you will receive a notification with the option to continue or log out. We recommend taking regular breaks.
Activity Statements
You can request a detailed activity statement at any time, showing your deposits, withdrawals, wins, losses and net position over any period. Activity statements are available in your account settings and can also be requested via our support team.
Reality Checks
Our platform can display periodic reality check notifications that show you how long you have been playing and a summary of your financial activity during the session. You can configure the frequency of these notifications in your account settings.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that you need a break from gambling, you can self-exclude from NextFrameBase for a period of your choice:
- Short-term exclusion: 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
- Long-term exclusion: 6 months, 12 months, 3 years or 5 years.
- Permanent exclusion: You may request permanent exclusion from the platform.
During a self-exclusion period:
- You will not be able to log in, deposit, or place entries.
- You will be unsubscribed from all marketing communications.
- Any pending withdrawals will be processed as normal.
- Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.
To request self-exclusion, go to "My Account" > "Responsible Gambling" > "Self-Exclusion", or contact our support team.
National Self-Exclusion Register: You can also register with the BetStop National Self-Exclusion Register at betstop.gov.au to self-exclude from all licensed Australian online gambling providers at once.
