1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the NextFrameBase website ("Platform"), located at nextframebase.com, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

To use NextFrameBase, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction where participation in online lottery or gaming services is lawful.
• Not be a self-excluded or banned person under any Australian state or territory gambling exclusion scheme.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or entity without proper authorisation.
• Provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You may only hold one (1) account on NextFrameBase. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
• Using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

NextFrameBase shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

We are required by law to verify your identity. You must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which may include providing government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. See our AML/KYC Policy for details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other users' accounts, or our systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or other software to interact with the Platform without our written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware or other malicious code.
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing, money laundering or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Harass, abuse, threaten or defame other users or NextFrameBase staff.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent responsible gambling controls, deposit limits or self-exclusion measures.

5. Games and Transactions

5.1 Game Rules

Each game offered on NextFrameBase is governed by its own specific rules, which are made available on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the game rules shall prevail for that particular game.

5.2 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions must be conducted through the payment methods approved and made available on the Platform. We reserve the right to:

• Set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts.
• Require additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Delay or refuse transactions where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

5.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, malfunction or discrepancy, NextFrameBase reserves the right to void affected transactions, correct errors and restore accounts to their correct balances. Any winnings arising from a system error are void and must be returned.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software and source code, is the property of NextFrameBase or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• NextFrameBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextFrameBase, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your use or misuse of the Platform.
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• You fail to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Required by law or a regulatory authority.
• You are found to have multiple accounts.

Upon termination, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses and promotional credits) will be returned to you, subject to identity verification and regulatory requirements. We reserve the right to withhold funds where fraud or breach of Terms is established.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding the Platform or these Terms:

1. First, contact our support team via the Contact page.
2. If unresolved within 14 business days, you may escalate to our internal complaints officer.
3. If still unresolved, you may refer the matter to the relevant state or territory gambling regulator or an independent dispute resolution body.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
